Recent changes to the H2H down payment assistance Program‼️

✅COJ will have to examine income and assets documents and determine “Affordable” Payment based 30% of gross income (It should be noted that they consider Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, as income)
✅Clients are now able to pick their OWN Home Inspector and provide a copy of the Inspection to the City!
✅The City will still have a Home Quality Standard (HQS) Inspection and the Seller will need to FIX anything causing a FAILED Inspection. The Client would not need to pay for or attend that Inspection
✅Debt-to-income Ratios: Front End 30%; Back End 40%

The Head Start to Homeownership (H2H) Program offers financial assistance up to $50,000 to provide down payment and closing costs assistance to eligible families/individuals who are interested in purchasing a home.
