Camelina Sativa, this hardy crop grows well in cold climates, its why Franz from Freefield Organics has decided to grow it here in Manitoba. He then uses this plant to press into a super healthy cooking oil, this golden oil has a light nutty flavour which lends well to brightening the flavour of many greens.
