A little early season woodcock and grouse hunting. C**t had a great morning with 2 pointed and one shot woodcock. Also a beautiful grouse point yesterday. Back home for a few days and then north bound for round 2.

First hunt of the season up in the North Woods. The birds cooperated, the dogs were amazing and the camaraderie was top notch. The local store was bustling with activities. Moose and bear shot by people from all over the country. Great friends great times. Off to Moosehead next week to hunt with my long time friends Frank and Rocky.
