We've created a new cocktail called the Tito's Canela Cold Brew Martini. This satisfying cocktail blends the smoothness of Tito’s Handmade Vodka with the rich flavors of canela (Mexican cinnamon) cold brew, a hint of housemade chili liqueur for that extra kick, and a velvety finish thanks to aquafaba. We're also hoping to raise up to $8,000 El Centro De La Raza with help of the folks at Tito's.

We have recently introduced Tacos Al Pastor to the seasonal menu. Check out our take on this classic dish made with ancho, guajillo and citrus marinated slow roasted pork shoulder, pickled pineapple, minced cilantro, white onions, blistered serrano chiles. Get some while they last!

Christmas Tamales are a New Mexico tradition: one roasted carnitas, red chile tamal & one roasted chicken, green chile tamal, served with verduras escabeche. 'Tis the season, available now!

Our Seasonal Menu is where we innovate and present new menu ideas. Think of it as our our “farm system”, where we search for the next big hit that simply has to make its way to the main menu. We're currently showcasing Avocado & Blistered Corn Flautas, Tacos Al Pastor, Cotija Chicken and more. Join us!
