You don't have to sacrifice taste in order to eat healthy. Salads are created on Mondays or Wednesday for PICKUP on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
All orders must be received no later than 4pm on Monday or 4pm on Wednesday. Some special orders can be accommodated; so don't be afraid to ask.
