Pacific Dental Services has a long tradition of recognizing extraordinary performance across the organization at its annual XP Awards celebration. 2024 is even more special as it marks the 20th XP Awards ceremony and the 30th anniversary for PDS. But we can’t thank and recognize team members and clinicians who go above and beyond without your help.

Please visit pdsxp.com to submit your nomination(s) and explain why the team member you’re nominating is extraordinary. Make sure to detail the behaviors they’ve demonstrated and highlight the results they’ve achieved.

Winners will be celebrated during the XP Awards ceremony at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, April 19-21, 2024. The deadline to submit nominations is midnight (PST), Jan. 7, 2024. You may submit a maximum of five nominations. For questions, please email [email protected].

Every quarter, PDS highlights oral-systemic health links related to the Mouth-Body Connection and Q4’s focus is on the link between diabetes and oral health.

Tomorrow, Nov. 1, marks the first day of No-Shave November, a fun, month-long campaign dedicated to raising awareness for men’s health including testicular, colorectal and prostate cancers, mental health and su***de prevention. Whether you shave, wax or pluck, PDS is encouraging all team members and their families (kids too!) to take part in this campaign through Nov. 30.

We will share a final photo collage with all team members who participated on Nov. 30. Please see the PDSConnect email for more information on where to submit photos of your hair art.

and .kortney joined Dr. Daigle at the LSU school of dentistry yesterday! Dr. Daigle put on a valuable lunch and learn for the students, preparing them for what to expect after school.
