THE DIET INDUSTRY IS FULL OF BS!
:
They try to promote a shiny new diet
:
you read about it and go..
:
Oooh that one sounds good, ill try that
:
Spend a fortune on unappetising supplements, shakes, soups
:
spend your time measuring "syns"
:
getting yourself weighed in front of a group of strangers
:
feeling deprived
:
and annoyed when the weight you initially lost doesnt last
:
its because these guys want you to come back
:
again and again
:
and buy more of their packets of s**t, and books and what not
:
But what if I told you
:
that all of these diets have the same thing in common....
:
the same key thing that leads to weight loss...
:
and that is...
:
That they all lead to you being in a CALORIE DEFICIT!
:
(whether they state it explicitly or not)
:
All of these diets are shiny new ways to end up in a deficit
:
and a calorie deficit is key to losing weight
:
You don't have to do a calorie deficit in this restrictive, unnapetising way.
:
You can eat the foods you like
:
instead of packet powders full of chemicals
:
and tasteless soups
:
Not to mention being unsustainable too
:
I mean who wants to eat low cal soup or drink shakes for the rest of their life?
:
and not eat their fave meals again
:
Not me...
:
Not you...
:
so the next time you look at that shiny new diet
:
and consider giving it a try
:
remember, you dont need to put yourself through that hardship
:
It can be done in a way that allows you to eat well!
:
and still include your faves...
:
no more deprivation
:
That sounds much more sustainable right... ?

I got stuck too
I got stuck on the yo-yo diet trap
Losing weight
Regaining
Losing
Getting ill , weak and frustrated
In the pink I got to my skinniest. Probably put a size 6
And I was soooooo pleased
I was skinny, my veins were protruding, my bones were on show and I loved it
But I wasn’t happy
I thought skinny would solve all my problems
And actually when I looked at myself I didn’t quite recognise me
Then I flipped, I gained a lot of weight and tbh I was quite happy with life
I rarely looked in the mirror and just got on with my career and my kids
But then my health started to suffer
I couldn’t walk as far as before
My blood pressure was higher than usual
And I couldn’t exercise like before
Fast forward to an autoimmune diagnosis (that I think I had been battling from my skinny reckless days) and I felt unwell, stuck, frustrated and mentally not in a great place anymore.
I wanted to show you this so you can see that I’ve been through it too
And this is why I’m so passionate to help women stuck in the cycle too
So that they don’t continue to make the mistakes I did and get out of the trap before anymore damage is caused
I’ve helped many women out of this trap
