💦 Keep basement floors, free of pools of condensing moisture during humid summer months. Close basement windows on damp, humid days and open them when weather is clear and dry. (Condensation is more of a problem in new homes with freshly poured foundations then in older homes where the concrete has already “cured.”)

🪠 Run drain cleaner through all drain lines and consider having the main sewer line cleaned if all drains begin to drain slower.

🧂 Check/add salt to water softener.
