The Vasilopita is a traditional cake that is cut and enjoyed on New Years Day. There is a coin hidden and whoever receives the piece with the coin will have luck for the year ahead. We also celebrate the life of St Basil on this day who is the saint that I am named after 🙏🏻❤️
