I am repeating week 3 of LIIFT4 with plans to go into Breakout...the new Beachbody running program that drops in Oct. Think couch to 5K. I have not run in a while and I really look forward to that 1:1 time with myself. Running is freedom to me. Chronic SI issue has kept me from it for far to long.

It has been a while since I posted but I am here, still doing my daily grind, showing up for me, and sharing my joy of at home workouts.....especially in the recent times of uncertainty. My next NEW program drops this fall. I love running but due to some back issues, I have pulled away from it for the past 2-3 years. This fall I am changing that. Below is some details for ya....

Total body workout was a needed distractionfeom the pending hurricane this morning. She yet again NAILED the workout and left me in awe of her determination and drive from this program.

If SHE can do this and does NOT look for an excuse ....sorry, a reason... to give up, stop, or back out of taking care of herself, for sure YOU CAN TO.

We are all in and committed....we WANT to help others and we WANT you on our team. She is growing by leaps and bounds with this program. She is more focused for school after exercising, she is a stronger dancer, she is sleeping better, and oh yeah, she is eating BETTER. A mom cannot complain about those positive effects on their child.

It was ON FIRE this morning. We got up, walked the dogs ( in the rain), came back, fueled up and got the work DONE. We spent the rest of the day just enjoying the holiday.

Every day after every workout.....these 3 have to check in on me. Without fail they are right there. Support comes in many forms, some of my biggest supporters happen to be fur babies. I am ok with that, the human babies are big support to. 33 more days and i do this Bikini Contest. Wow, it is really happening. I am going to be my most vulnerable. I am doing it to show all of you what you can do, you just have to trust and believe!!!!

Found a NEW love in the food dept.....watch to the end!!! YUMMY with grilled chicken on top!!!! Today was a SWEAT FEST and it was the first of 2 legs days I have this week.

On the health and wellness front, I went for my mammogram today. If you know me, this is a BIG deal due to past scares and the shear anxiety this now causes me. I cannot be an example of what I tell everyone else to do if I don't do the right thing myself. It is hard but it is important so it is done. Prayers appreciated. Results later this week!!!

Broke up the workouts today....first time in a very long time I put in a night workout. Second time ever I did an outside workout. I needed the extra heat tonight. It does a body and mind good. for today is a wrap, hip hop class is a wrap, now time to pick up the oldest from dance and call it a day.

Realistic expectations...they’re not so realistic anymore. Not only has society’s attention span diminished, but so has our patience and expectations for fast fixes and quick results. Even though you’re often working to undo YEARS of bad habits, you expect it all to disappear in 8 weeks…sound familiar?🤨

Here’s the dealio: you can and WILL lose the belly fat, or the extra junk in your trunk or the thunder in your thighs, but you have to be REALSTIC in your expectations and time commitment…especially since those areas are usually the LAST place where you will see the changes.🤪

Overworking your body (too much exercise), starving your body or trying to focus only on your problem areas (spot-reduction) won’t work. Developing consistent exercise and nutrition practices WILL! Stay real, stay consistent and you’ll stay happy.😊👊🏻💙

today workouts consisted of 3 hours of work and determination. seriously!!! 1 hour of PIYO as I learn the format and get ready to bring to LIVE CLASSES, 1 hour of CIZE Cardio because we KEPT trying in class tonight, then 1 hour of clogging class. I am a little sleepy tonight.

it has been a while since I posted but wanted to let you all know I am still here, still working out, still showing up daily. I have been sick for about a month so my pictures have been minimal but please know that I am here and still pushing play every single day. the thing about success is showing up for yourself and pushing yourself even when you don't want to. The struggle with this cold and flu season has been REAL but hopefully I am on the mend and headed in the right direction

today I changed things around in my workout, I told myself I only had 3 times to do the moves to get them right instead of I had to do them 3 times each. it was a total mind game and a game changer!!!! It worked. sometimes it is not the act of doing something that makes the difference, it is what the mind does that makes the difference.

Alright, I see all these post of I ate all my snacks, I gained 10 lbs thanks to Flo (not possible but OK), and now I want you to do something about it!!!! It is the PERFECT time.

My next challenge group starts on Oct 1. The day my youngest turns 8 yrs old. I want to see how many of you are more that just talk --- I want action. This is your call to DO something. I will be doing freebies and give away's for EVERYONE that joins me this month -- SEPTEMBER -- and is ready to start LIIFT 4 with me on Oct 1.

4 workouts a week, EATING - you will be surprised by how much you WILL NEED to eat, and CHEAT days. YES, CHEAT days meaning you can have that ice cream, a slice of cake, a normal life where you are not showing up to a party or friends and saying I can't because I started a new program. I am talking real life with a real program with real results. Don't let FLO leave memories on your waistline, you deserve better!!!!!!!!
