Waterfalls are so beautiful to me. I love experiencing the different powers they carry, the way they fall.. this one is so smooth like silk 😍 it gave me such a mystical, soft and silky feeling.
I love how they flow abundantly and it reminds me of the love God has for us, it’s this overflowing stream of LOVE.

Waterfalls have the power to really shift your state of being.
When you go visit a waterfall, open your arms and heart and bless yourself with the water, the air of it and the power of it. Take it fully in.
Feeling blessed to live on an island that has this abundance of waters and I do pray with the deepest depths of my heart that it continues to be so.

10 years goes by so fast.
I am reminded to stay president and cherish every moment I get to spend with him.
Love being his mother and guide, though he has been one of MY biggest teacher in life.

Many grateful and beautiful memories were made in the year 2023.

One of the most important lesson I have learned over the past few years is how important it is to have time and space for being what is real in my life and within me. To feel me.
To celebrate, feel and allow the joys, grieve the losses, shed my tears, sit with the questions, feel my anger, attend to my loneliness.

In this way I am with what is, not trying to fix anything, because not everything can be fixed or solved.

Rather it means allowing God and his indescribable Love to be with me in that place and allowing him to do what is needed.

“In silence my soul waits for you and you alone, O God from you alone comes my salvation”

I felt the call to emerge myself with nature this last week of the year 2020 and remaining in the presence of the mountains and the glacier in the first days of this new year of 2021.
So I journeyed along with my soul family to Skaftafell where my roots stream.
For me, the intention was to deeply reflect on the past year. ❄️🏔

❄️With this deep dive, nature has taken me on a journey I had not expected, into my subconscious allowing me to release and let go of old patterns, drop deeper onto my inner guidance and deeper silence.
I keep being reminded of the power that nature has in its raw form and how it can be a mirror for our inner state and reflections!! ❄️

This past year has been a HUGE year for me full of challenges, growth, expansion, opportunities, learning, and a deeper connection to my inner truth.
My heart is overflowing full of gratitude to all of it!

On my journey, I have had many altars in front of me.

There was a moment in time where I only had one stone, another moment I had a whole crystal grid, and another moment I just had a feather.. and so on. It is constantly changing for me.

At first, I was kind of doing it because there was something resonating there but I didn’t really know why, or I had some Ideas but not truly connecting with it.
But now since I have started to walk this road of inner magick I kept asking myself (and still do) what is on my altar? And what does an altar represent for me?

For me, an Altar is a space and a permission to create magick, and it is a physical manifestation/reminder of what I connect to as being my inner magick as well as being a great tool to connect to spirit.
So each time I sit in front of my Altar I am reminded of... well... ✨ME✨

It’s a space where I can practice and where I am reminded of my DEVOTION
Where I can pray and connect
Where I can be held and where I gain a lot of clarity.
It’s my reminder of NATURE and creativity
It’s my reminder of the power of the elements and directions.
It’s my reminder of beauty and mystery
It’s my reminder of humbleness, innocence and openness
It’s my reminder of the POWER OF INTENTION.

It’s also a reminder to me that I AM a walking altar.

Its a vortex.
This what I am sharing is a very personal connection that I have, Its a relationship that is sacred to me and I have deep respect and appreciation for my altar and altars in general.
An altar is a lot about intention.
For that practitioner to get to know him or herself on a different level through intentions and intentional actions. And also getting then to know your inner magickal realms and connection to spirit and to BRIDGE IT!
Make it more real.

Creating for example an altar with a specific stone that has a specific intention and that holds that intention as an anchor. This can for example be a very beautiful tool to then dive deeper into your own mystery and consciousness.
It’s almost hard to describe this relationship.
But my attempt to do so is to encourage you to do one and be curious. Connect with your inner child but also call in your wise elder.
Go to nature and see if you find something there that you feel drawn to put on to your altar. Connect to the directions and the elements and feel and see how they affect you and how your relationship is with them.
It’s a relationship that is to cultivate if you feel drawn to explore these ways of creating magick or building a relationship with yourself in this way.
It can open doors that are so profoundly beautiful and deeply personal to you.
It is to me and is was/is also deeply healing to me.
