Hi, Share ko langs yung oils na na shookt ako dahil nagana agad ... Bali nagising ako ng around 4am, grabe di ako makahinga and masakit lalamunan, panay dighay so alam ko na acid reflux sya, tho kabado rin baka mamaya sore throat na talaga pero onting ubo lang tas malalang sipon, hirap huminga. wala po akong gamot and wala ako balak uminom dahil lalong lalala yung acid feelz dahil walang laman ang tyan, pero super desperate ako mawala agad baka mamaya covid symptom na pala 😅 soo naalala ko maglagay ng oils, pahid pahid... lahat na pinatak ko na baka sakaling pwede makatulong sa lalamunan, pati thieves, lemon sa talampakan part meron na rin pero acid ih, so digize talaga naisip ko kasooo ang bahoo kaya last resort!! hahaha! pero nagpahid ako sa puson part, sa lalamunan, sa lahat, basta gumaling lang :)) pero , worst case, nakakita ako testimony na nagddrop ng digize sa tounge, (di ko kaya!!!) pero wala na kong choice, so ayon, instead diretso sa tounge, nilagay ko sa onting water pero 2 drops nilagay ko in case di ko kayaning ubusin. tas feel ko lang baka makalimutan ko ang lasa ng digize pag nilagyan ko ng peppermint (1 drop) so nilagyan ko rin. Ininom ko po pero s**ang s**a ako sa lasa HAHAHAHA pero malamig sa feeling pero kadiri talaga HAHAHA tas ayun, nahiga na me. midnight muni muni dahil masakit lalamunan, (nag search pa ako ng covid symptoms 🤣) pero thank God, after 10mins laking ginhawa. nakatulog ako agad! usually pag acid reflux mga 1 week minimum bago ako gumaling sa ganung pakiramdam, may phlegm pa (dahil sa acid) and ehem ng ehem para mailabas, pero ito, pag gising ko parang wala nang sakit sa lalamunan, walang phlegm and wala nang dighay! tiis tiis lang talaga sa lasa, pero laking ginhawa after 🤩 Di na ko iinom ng omeprazole or kahit ano pa yan, ito kasi kahit wala laman ang tyan pwedeng pwede! 🙆🏻‍♀️✨ (napabilib ako ng yL dahil dito! 🤣)

4. Cleaning and maintenance are typically easy as there are no tubes or enclosed areas where water sits.

🌿 Humidifiers are:

1. A typically larger device that holds around 1 gallon of water.
2. A humidifier's purpose is to help control a set level of moisture in an area.
3. They do not have the ability to mix essential oils and water.
4. It can be difficult to keep clean and maintain.

I have been drinking Ningxia red since last year when i enrolled to Young Living... at first i thought i don't get benefits from it.. then slowly i realized i am able to sleep early na (together with diffusing cedarwood and lavender of course), i'm not constipated anymore, it aids in boosting my immune system when i got sick and indeed aid in improving my eye sight.. i can read ingredients clearly kanina sa office, to think the label was so small.
