Morning 🌞...I might have shared this once before, but that’s ok, it’s so true! You can’t eat that dollar menu burger and fries and try and work it off. No running or lifting will burn that off. Now you can have a treat now and then, but this cannot be your everyday meal. If you are a burger person, you can always follow the Fixate meal plans. They include homemade yummy burger and fries or pizza. It’s all about adjusting the ingredients and how you cook it. Have a wonderful Thursday!

Happy Tuesday! This is absolutely true! I used to believe that if I just worked out, it would be ok...mmm nope! Once I dialed in my nutrition, it all changed for the better! As you know, I eat clean during the week and then I have 1 cheat/treat on the weekend. Its all about balance because come on, we’re all human here. I’m going to want those fries or piece of pizza 🍕 🥰🥰
