What do you do when things start looking different than you’d planned? Clean your glasses? Step away a while? ⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ There are tons of ways to do it, but I’m all about taking a step back, taking a breath, and the-evaluating. ⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ When I start feeling stuck, I have a few go-to solutions. ⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ I often like to take a walk, especially on the beach. Walking barefoot helps me feel grounded and centered. Just getting outside is an automatic mood-lifter for me.⠀⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ But when I was recovering from burnout, I had to call in the big guns.
