First time going to The Midwest Clinic, somehow won a scholarship! What an awesome opportunity!

The Crystal Lake Community Band, under the direction of Terry Grossberg, is excited to present their annual Winter Pops Concert on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 4:00 pm at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn; 800 S. Rt 31, Crystal Lake, IL!

Concert will include a variety of repertoire and musical styles including light classical, ragtime, movie themes, marches, and classic Holiday favorites. Also featured will be the World Premiere of “With Joyful Abandon”, an original work composed by band member and Crystal Lake resident, Lori Archer Sutherland
Tickets are $12 Adults; $10 Seniors/Students/Military; $7 groups of 10 or more.

This past Sunday, February 19, the New Orleans Jazz (formerly Dixieland) group played for the service at the First Congregational Church in Crystal Lake. In preparation for the Lenten season.

Marty Magnini conducts his final concert with the CLCB yesterday (8/14/2022) and goes into his retirement. The band is going to miss Marty, good luck in Tennessee.

Join us for our annual free Halloween concert. The concert starts at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 31.
Costumes are encouraged.

Before you go Trick or Treating this Halloween bring the kids and yourself in costume to the 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱 annual 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁. The band (or most of us) will be in costume as well.

The concert is at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 31, 2021, in the Cary Grove High School Gymnasium.

This concert will be a combined concert with the McHenry County College (MCC) Concert Band.

This will be a 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 event, you won't want to miss.

Sunday Funday! What a great way to spend some time out in the (finally) beautiful weather! Bring a picnic and come relax while listening to some fabulous music performed by some great bands!

Hey All- Come on out to see the CL Parade on Sunday. We will be riding on a flatbed & playing some great music. Parade kicks off at 1pm.
Want to hear some great music while waiting for the fireworks over the lake? Head to the beach to hear us play some awesome music (along with some vocals from Voices in Harmony). Concert begins at 7 pm at CL Main Beach & concludes with the fireworks! Will the timing of 1812 Overture be on this year? We'll have to see!

Come out & join CLCB as we kick off the summer concert season at CL Main Beach! FREE Concert on Tuesday, June 6th at 7 pm. Bring your family & friends, a chair or two to sit on (a blanket works too), a jacket (it's going to be on the chilly side) & dinner or a snack. We'll be playing some fun pieces.
