Poor posture or experiencing back pain? The Spine Corrector with modifications is an exercise I often have my clients do. It opens up the chest and lengthens the spine. Visit https://bodiesbuiltforfunction.com/ to learn more about my services.

I want to help your body function correctly so you can enjoy life.

Sometimes my clients come to me feeling like their bodies are broken because they can’t do what they did when they were younger. It can be a challenge, but they’re not broken: it’s just different. Visit my website to learn more about my services https://bodiesbuiltforfunction.com.

You’ve got to schedule in your exercise, or stuff just happens. I like to do it in the morning and knock it out!

My favorite in the morning - reading, stretching, meditating/writing my gratitude list, drinking a flat white and having a chocolate croissant. Currently reading Rising Strong by Brené Brown. Croissant not pictured because I already ate it!

1. Find cardio you like! Oh, how I love you, rowing. And yet, I hate the bicycle and treadmill. 2. Get a soundtrack. I’ve been listening to the same album for over a year. It helps me track where I am, and once I hear that first song, I know it’s time to row. 3. You may not be able to tell, but I have blue hair today! Used daily conditioner blue last night.
