We tried a new local buisness Bakery called Lazarette St. Bakeshop in Grovetown. Yum! 😍
We spent time in our home garden in the sunshine watching the wildlife 🦋 🐝 (carpenter), birds, grasshoppers, relaxing together ❤️ enjoying time.

Were going on an adventure 🥳 to Waynesboro Ga. We've got car snacks . We're taking the boys to a free class on cars that a local is hosting 🚗
Then we are going to find a local place to chow down 🥳 😋

I just read an article that came out of Florida 🏡 discussing the affordability crisis for many buyers🏡

Florida home buyers are pulling out of deals at a record rate, and it's all due to affordability 💸
The same scenario is happening in our community too.

Affordability is difficult for many right now. Our home values have doubled if not TRIPLED in the last 4+ years. Rent has also increased as corporations bought streets on houses to rent back to our community members 😩

We are currently in a sellers market and inventory levels are rising but not enough to flip to a buyers market, much to the dismay of buyers.
Theres been a slow down for sure for buyers purchasing a home 🏡

Rates matched with higher values of homes and now the additional worry of a buyer having to possibly pay their agent on top of all of the additional costs a buyer has to cover is creating stagnation for sellers 🏡

The Olympic Games are held in Paris this year! 🏆🥰🇫🇷🎉

July 26th- August 11th 2024 is an international multi-sport event well known around the world. Officially the Games of the # # Olympiad and officially branded as Paris 2024. 🥳
Those travelling there to watch the games are in for a real treat!

**Fun Fact, I've climbed the Eiffel Tower! I took these pictures myself while visiting, I didnt have a fancy camera so I took the picture of the Eiffel Tower in parts😁

I visited Paris in summer of 2006 by Eurostar from Southampton, England (which is where I lived at the time).
I adored the city of Paris! The city offers so much from its exquisite architecture, slower pace of life, encouraged relaxation to take frequent breaks during the day to enjoy fresh coffee ☕, a chit chat with your collegues or with friends/family (lunch breaks are considered a social ritual and are highly cherished in the culture of France) .
The culture is based in sophistication, elegance and etiquette.
Then theres the food and wine😍 🧀🍞🥐🥖🍷😍
They have such delicate pastries and fresh baked bread & crossiants baked daily,
France has divine wine thats considered table wine in France but impressive to the taste buds and only about $2 a bottle!

I was there for 2 weeks in 2006 and I thoroughly soaked up the atmosphere this city brings.
I walked to the bakery every morning to get fresh bread aka du pan 🥖🥐🍞 and crossiants 🥐 aka des croissants to compliement the delicious fromage 🧀 aka cheese, that I would buy from the fromagerie or crèmerie aka a cheese shop which complimented the $2 table wine I bought 🍷🥳
It was a trip that I know I want to repeat. If you've never been and you want to go, make it happen friends! Its worth the memories that will be made. 😘
