If you smiled or smirked - it means that you are someone that CAN do a lot.

You say Yes because you CAN.
You know who you are.

I’m learning to ask myself a few questions before I say Yes now:

Is this some thing I really want to do?
Is this something that should be done by me?
Does this align with the person I’m becoming?

Should I take a nap instead lol 😂 or get to bed super early? 😂

When we are living out our true selves the world gets exciting and we want to try everything because we feel free.

When we are on autopilot we just say yes because we think we should.

Not anymore.
Time is a gift.
Our energy is not unlimited.

Sit with yourself for a moment. Take a pause and a deep breath and get some good sleep and then ask yourself if you really want to.

We know you CAN.
