Reytec was honored to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony for the Austin Park and Chimneystone Drainage Improvements Project in Sugar Land, Texas!
This project includes four specific improvements aimed at enhancing the local drainage infrastructure: A 10ft x 6ft reinforced concrete box trunkline that connects to an 8ft x 6ft reinforced concrete box trunkline along Commonwealth Blvd., the installation of reinforced concrete pipe along Acacia Dr., and a new trapezoidal drainage channel between Austin Parkway and Highway 6. The whole system ties back to the storm sewer on Acacia Dr., which will help the current drainage in the area.
We're thrilled to contribute to the improvement of the community's infrastructure and look forward to seeing the positive impact this project will have. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards the completion of this project in the fall of 2026!
