Thinking about doing a “goals” challenge. 🌟Not necessarily weight loss, because Some want to build glutes, shoulder, QUADS…etc! So let’s call it a transformation challenge . Let’s bring in the fall with a major bang! Winner gets 100 dollar gift card to buff bunny or Amazon. (Your choice) the transformed body will be everyone’s prize so we all win! I will judge it based on the greatest transformation goal accomplished. There will be weekly check ins (front and back photos in bathing suit) to my inbox , you will post a picture I send to your inbox on the wall behind you.. I can do weekly YouTube videos discussing questions that come in. And it will be FREE TO ENTER . Start date could be Monday July 3rd, finish date September 4… 9 weeks.
