This past weekend I got the honor of speaking as a panelist on Health + Wellness in the Music Industry Midwest Music Expo with the lovely XOXOLeigh Mackenzie - The Church Girl Writes ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒฑ

Itโ€™s extremely hard to develop a wellness routine as a touring musician or nomadic creative because routine isnโ€™t really our thing ๐Ÿ˜†โœŒ๐Ÿผ

Even 5 minutes a day of journaling, breath-work, movement, or enjoying that cup of coffee, can make a HUGE difference!! โ˜€๏ธ

Iโ€™m putting together a little ebook with 30 days of 5 minute wellness exercises that can be done throughout the day or on the road ๐ŸšŒ

Iโ€™m basing a wellness challenge around it and pairing it with some of my favorite supplements from that help to reduce stress and encourage focus and brain health ๐Ÿง

Iโ€™m super excited to teach my FIRST primal flow class this Thursday (5/27)!! This class helps to release blocked energy and awaken the masculine and feminine energy within all of us. Itโ€™s one of my favorite yoga practices, and Iโ€™m super stoked to have the opportunity to teach this class.

I also have my monthly yin/mantra class this upcoming Sunday (5/30) where I combine a yin/restorative practice with mantra practice and Kirtan( musical mantra practice) at the end. This is one of my favorite classes to teach because I get to combine my two favorite things- music AND yoga ๐Ÿ•‰๐ŸŽถ

I also teach Chair yoga at the DISC every Tuesday/Thursday at 8 am! This class uses a chair to modify seated and standing yoga poses. This class is good for anyone who wants to try yoga but needs a little extra stability.
