Happy Tappy Birthday Miss Zoe! 🖤
Nothing can take the place of physically practicing your tap technique, but there are other tools that can utilised to consolidate what you learn in the class room. VIDEOS - a form of visualisation that can be revealing and informative, especially in slow motion. JOURNALS - good old fashioned note taking can complete the learning experience and can always be referred to. Using your journal not only for documentation but for contemplation, can be very therapeutic!
Congratulations Kadence on your achievements so far with your tap solos at Evolution recently. So keen to work on new challenges with you in 2024.
The calm before the storm! Looking forward to seeing my friends in Rocky!
A little surprise from a little friend! Thank you Chelsea - how did you know that I love ice cream?!? 💕🫶🏼🍦
It was so wonderful to witness how far this gorgeous young lady has come with her full time dance training . Congratulations on such a strong, entertaining performance during Emergence 2023- your talent is definitely emerging indeed!
Sometimes I do feel like a manual! I often think I really should write that advice down! And while it’s nice sometimes to get advice, you just have to live and learn from your own journey. A special thank you to all mums supporting your children’s love of tap! 🫶🏼
Tap solo fun in Term 1!
Congratulations on your First place at Get the Beat regionals recently. A fantastic way to start the Eisteddfod season!
7 levels in 6 hours learning the Glenn Wood tap syllabus with the legend himself! … so grateful for the opportunity because it’s not work, it’s just fun!! Thank you Glenn 🤩
Congratulations Dot on your amazing performance as Jane Banks in Mary Poppins. You were practically perfect in every way!!

Chookas tappers with your upcoming performances! May the Tap Gods look on your routines favorably, may you listen to the music not your feet, may you stay on your chairs safely, may your tap shoes stay on, may you bend your knees and shoes, may your rhythms be true. In the name of the ball tap, ball tap, heel tap, heel tap Amen! 🙏🙏
Congratulations Kadence on a wonderful way to finish your year of competition. 2nd for your tap solo at Ready to shine competition recently. Woohoo 🎉 so pleased you enjoyed your tap solo!
Tap solo routines are fun! 2023 is your year.
So proud my little niece is an Ann Roberts Girl! She adores her teacher . We love 💕💕
Congratulations Kadence on placing 3rd in your tap solo at Jump Dance Challenge recently. I enjoyed this competition and your performance very much - well done 👏👏👏👏
It was so wonderful seeing Miss Narelle, teachers and students for their ADA jazz, tap, contemporary and acrodance exam workshops for 2022! Thank you for your kind words and hospitality during workshops. We love to work with your talented students each year and always appreciate how carefully trained they are. We look forward to hearing how well they do in their exams and wish them the best of luck!
Thank you for your invitation to Dance night 2022, it was thoroughly enjoyable. My favorite item was Singing in the Rain of course! Fabulous props, amazing dancers and I love how infectious the school spirit is. Congratulations Grade 12 graduates, your future is so bright!! 👏👏👏
Congratulations Kadence for continuing to work and develop your tap solo and to receive 1st place recently at Dance Connect! It’s so wonderful to be rewarded for your hard work and talent and you must be so proud of your achievements this year!
My generation grew up with Olivia - Grease was one of the first movies I saw as a kid, I did aerobics to Physical and knew every song on Xanadu. My first slow tap championship solo was to Hopelessly Devoted to You and while I can’t remember the exact steps I remember the joy of tapping to that song! The costume, like me is vintage (a little worse for wear) but still sparkling!
‘It’s never too late to start something new’. We hear and read about this all the time. Thankfully learning how to tap dance doesn’t come with an age limit. It might be something you dreamed about from a very young age but with the right mindset and a little bit of encouragement you could be having the time of your life creating rhythms with your toes! Do something for yourself and come learn with me…like Karen did. Her excitement was quite contagious and I’m so looking forward to being a part of her tap journey.
Congratulations to Hannah and Kadence for taking to a very slippery stage and performing your tap solos so beautifully! Your enthusiasm for tap girls is contagious and it was wonderful spending the afternoon with you!
Little Miss Sunshine was my favorite Little Miss book of all time and formed part of my daughters collection of Little Miss books. This little woman convinced Miseryland to look on the bright side of life - a very admirable trait indeed! Hopefully Little Miss A is just as inspirational!!
This journey wouldn’t be possible without the support of one of the best dance dads in the world - Mr Amanda!
Volume on to appreciate the true skill and expertise that is required by all dance dads. We appreciate you honey!
It can be quite stressful when your tap shoes fall apart on stage so congratulations Kadence on powering on and receiving 2nd place for your tap solo at EBSDN at Noosa recently!
