Melodie V. Shuler, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She received a Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland at College Park and a certificate in African-American Studies.
