"Campus Journalists' Vital Role in Embracing the MATATAG Curriculum"

In the heart of Congressional District 2, a vibrant group of young intellects and aspiring journalists joined together to compete in a program where students unleash their creativity and skills - the Congressional District 2 Journalympics.

The program kicks off with a lively parade, where students and coaches from various schools in the district come together to represent their school. Bedecked with colorful costumes and waving banners, they marched proudly.

Following the parade, the spotlight shifts to the main event - The contest of Individual Events. Here, the students compete in a range of categories, from feature writing, sports writing, editorial writing and cartooning, copy reading, column writing, vlogging, scitech writing and news writing.

Finally, as the day draws to a close, the program culminates in an awarding ceremony, where the hardworks and achievements of the participants are celebrated and honored

That day at Valentine's 💘

This year's February 2024, we celebrate the art of love and passion on Wednesday, February 14.
Hearts thumping, excitement resounding, oh love is in the air.

The students at F.L Vargas Colleges Inc. Highschool Department showed their own ways of celebrating the month of love filled with adoration and dedication. Cherishing the moments they have with their special someone and keeping their friendships forever. This particular month has shown how strong the bond is when you are surrounded by people who adores and supports you through and through.

To the people who had been by your side and never left. The ones who appreciate and value you as a person. The people who made you feel as you are also important. To the ones that made a special place to put you in their hearts. And to the loved ones who were there to protect you when the world was harsh. Keepsake the love and preserve the memories, along with the people in them.
Because you might not know how they guided and helped you to where you are right now.

Happy Valentine's Day!

This valentine's day. Let us show with not embarrassment, but with pride to how much we love and care for our special someone.
Each colorful thread demonstrates the passion of being with your favorite person.
Tie a specific string around their wrists to show how much you greatly appreciate their presence and them as one.
