We return with a Conscious Dance and Meditations on Saturday 22nd May.

This will be a pre-book and pre-pay event.
First come, first serve (numbers are limited)

All current guidelines and laws will be adhered to. Your welbeing and safety is our highest priority.

We bring you back to our beautiful church hall in Westbury Leigh for an evening of stillness, movement, healing & joy!

Well-being event - Strictly no alcohol or drugs.

We are investigating the possibility of a Dance Liberation event on Sat 29th August.

Soon as i hear back from the venue manager, I'll be in touch.

HELP NEEDED:
Looking for local space for a benefit gig to raise money for local mental health services .

Hey dance fam, as outdoor gigs are now permitted we are looking to hold an event and donate all the profits to a local charity on 1st or 15th August

Anyone know of a space (woodland/large garden etc) I can hire for about 4 hours?
Bradford/Frome area.
Preferably non-residential area as it's amplified music.
It will be light-hearted, joyful music: 80's, synth-wave and world music.

Here's an update on our Dharma activites.

FIRSTLY:
A big heart-warming smile for all who showed up to our first 'online' gathering on Monday.
It was well attended, and such a treat for me to see Sangha family old and new coming together to be positive, supportive, hopeful, and share in the blessings of the Dharma.
Our community is strong - Let's continue to connect and heal!

SECONDLY:
A MASSIVE THANK-YOU to all those who donated for the class. There have been set-up costs and ongoing fees and efforts for running these classes. I know times are hard, so your donations were most gratefully appreciated, even the smallest amount made a huge difference.

MEDITATION CLASSES with Chris, Graham and Mike are now every Monday & Thursday eve 7.30 pm - 9 pm.

Sangha Sisters Sharing Circle with Nicky & Julia are every other Sunday (starting Sunday 29th March)

OK DANCE TRIBE..... How are you feeling?

Dancing isn't illegal... (yet)
Providing a safe space to facilitate healing isn't illegal.. (yet)

So while we still have the freedom and the community awareness to be clean, hygienic and considerate to others, we are still allowed to exercise these freedoms and jiggle around to have fun, and keep the body and mind fit and healthy.

If the local community group are still happy to have us, then we are happy to hold the (clean & roomy) space for Dance Liberation.

Please can i have a SHOW OF INTEREST who would like to support our event next Saturday 28th, and come to share in some much needed healing.
