Welcome to my art page! My name is Amy Arnott and I illustrate the crazymazing characters of my imagination.

It all started with Penelope, an eccentric ballerina who came through me in 2009, compelling me to paint a frenzy of paintings in a glorious year stepping back from everything to take care of my wellbeing and overcome a life-threatening health crisis.

I painted Penelope in adventure after adventure as she appeared in my consciousness. Over the years, I discovered that Penelope also has a twin Sid, a best friend Gisele the giraffe, a pet monster Funky, a protector Rhinestone, a spirit guide The Wise Young Owl, and nine black birds who dance in the sky by day and sleep in Penelope's hair by night.

For the first time, I am sharing my characters with the world and I'm really excited to announce that I've partnered with a Montreal company Art of Where to make high quality art prints and cool products available for those of you who would like some of their very own!
