As I celebrate my 14th Anniversary with Old Republic Title, I reflected back on my challenging journey.
In November 2008 the real estate market and the world financial markets were in a spiral, the company I was working for was entering bankruptcy and there was uncertainty of their outcome.
Thankfully my husband and a dear friend reminded me that I still had a lot of value to bring to the industry and I just needed a new "home."
Old Republic Title was the only company I wanted to work for, they have a stellar reputation, are financially sound, have a national presence and treat their team members as valued
people. Here’s to celebrating many more anniversaries with the best company I have ever worked for!

Throwback Thursday- My client had this “collector’s item” notepad from way back in the day!
It brought back memories of my humble beginnings to now…I’m very grateful for my clients 🙏🏻 Also, the many lessons I have learned in my 33 year career- Never stop learning, never give up, and know your value 🔥

This $5,500,000 multifamily sale transaction had to close the next day…
The escrow officer needed a special courier to pick up the recording documents from her office around 3:30pm to be delivered to my Title Team in our Glendale office before 5:30pm. Since it was a tight timeframe I drove to her office so I could transport them.
While we were waiting for the mobile notary to bring the signed documents the notary called, her car broke down 4 miles from the escrow office!
The escrow officer and I sprang into action, I drove as she navigated and we met the notary and retrieved the documents. I was able to get them to my team in time to be scanned and we successfully closed this transaction on time the next day.
Through this adventure I was reminded that who you work with really matters!
