I do love August, I'm just not ready for "the Sunday of Summer." I mean, where did June & July go & why is time passing so quickly during quarantine? I know Winter just began & I've been doing a good job of enjoying it & living in the moment. Pots of homemade soup, fresh baked cookies, good movies, lots of candles & twinkle lights, etc. But here's a few favorite pics from all my searches on Pinterest this morning, do you see a pattern? My heart is always out in the garden.

Shout out for this winning combo! I was football weary today so decided to watch this while taking down holiday decorations. It was so good I ended up getting nothing done but I did laugh a bunch which is an excellent trade off. In addition to being funny, it was bitingly truthful & spoke to some of the challenges women face. Mindy's talented writing was a good match for Emma's wonderful acting, I enjoyed it so much I wish it was a series!
