11月19日に開幕したITMA ASIA + CITME 2022は盛況のうちに終了しました。
当社ブースにご来場いただいたすべてのお客様、ありがとうございました。

Muratec has been supporting the machine operation and factory management through advanced IT, including remote monitoring and centralized management of machines.
At this exhibition, visitors can experience the MSS "3 E" - "Easy-Access, Easy-Solutions, and Efficient-Support" features firsthand while operating the screen.
We will also introduce muratec customer support solution provided by MSS along with opinions and reviews from actual MSS users.
Furthermore, we present muratec genuine parts and peripheral devices which support the stable operation of our machines.

Muratec enjoyed the first day of ITMA2023 thanks to a lot of customers who visited us!
PROCESS CONER AIcone, automatic winder exhibited in China for the first time has attracted attention from day one.
AIcone is a new model created from the over 70 years of technology and knowhow cultivated since Muratec entered the spinning machinery industry.
The exhibited AIcone features both drum and arm traverse units. It introduces unique variety of winding including soft windings and rounded edges.
Please also discover its bobbin flow, which can efficiently supply only the required number of bobbins.

中国で初出展となる自動ワインダー「PROCESS CONER AIcone（アイコン）」は初日から注目を集めています。
AIcone（アイコン）は、当社が紡績機械分野へ進出して以降、70年以上にわたって培ってきた技術とノウハウを結集した新機種です。
出展機にはドラムタイプとアームトラバースタイプの両方を搭載。ソフト巻きやラウンドエッジなど、AIconeならではの多彩な巻取りを披露します。効率よく必要な量だけボビンを供給できるボビンフローにもぜひご注目ください。

ITMA ASIA + CITME in which Muratec participates, has opened in Shanghai, China and runs through November 23.
This is our first exhibition in China for the PROCESS CONER AIcone, an automatic winder which has been receiving a great response since its debut in June this year.
Demonstrations introduce its further improved operability, maintainability, and ease of cleaning over the current model QPRO Series.
VORTEX 870 EX, VORTEX spinning machine, which is highly regarded for its high performance and the feature of the yarn it produces, is also being demonstrated spinning recycled polyester.
Presentations of exhibiting machines are also being given twice a day, so please come and see them at the venue.
We will continue to report on the exhibition from tomorrow onwards. Please look forward to it!

We will participate in ITMA ASIA+CITME 2022
Muratec will participate in ITMA ASIA+CITME 2022 to be held on November 19 to 23 in Shanghai, China.
Under the theme of "Right Choice, Bright Future," the PROCESS CONER AIcone, automatic winder, which will be exhibited for the first time in China, and VORTEX 870 EX, VORTEX spinning machine will be demonstrated. A wide range of applications of VORTEX yarn will be also introduced.

We participated in Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS) 2023, the largest textile exhibition in Taiwan held from October 17 to 19.
TITAS is held in Taipei every fall and attracts attention both domestically and internationally.
TITAS 2023 focused on the three core themes of “Sustainability”, “Functional Applications” and “Intelligent Manufacturing.” Through these themes, the event highlighted the strength of textile research and innovation.
Approximately 381 companies from 11 countries including Japan showcased their innovations and 35,000 people visited the exhibition.
At our booth, we mainly introduced the latest VORTEX samples provided by VORTEX partners around the world, including the PROCESS CONER AIcone, an automatic winder that just debuted in June this year.　Through a full-scale panel display of the AIcone, visitors were able to learn about the concepts and features incorporated into this machine, such as "high environmental performance," "excellent operability," and "modular design.
It was a great opportunity for us to communicate with many visitors and exchange a wide range of information about the textile industry in Taiwan and other parts of the world.

Application Show (TITAS)2023」に出展しました。
TITASは毎年秋に台北で開催され、国内外から 注目を集めている展示会です。
今回展のテーマは「サステナブル ・エコ」「機能性」「スマート生産」の３つ。
日本を含む11か国から約381社が出展し、約3万5千人が来場しました。
当社ブースでは、世界中のVORTEXパートナーから提供頂いた最新のVORTEXサンプルの紹介を中心に、今年6月にデビューしたばかりの自動ワインダー「PROCESS CONER AIcone」などをご紹介。　AIconeは、実寸大のパネル展示を通じて、「高い環境性能」「優れた操作性」「モジュラーデザイン」といった本機に込めたコンセプトや特徴を知って頂くことができました。
台湾をはじめとした世界の繊維業界について幅広い情報交換をさせていただき、多くのご来場者とのコミュニケーションの場となりました。

At the 62nd DORNBIRN-GFC 2023(Dornbirn, Austria), held on September 13th-15th, Akitsugu Mori, Product Manager of VORTEX spinning system, gave a lecture.
The congress is held annually and has a long history of presentations on new technologies and product developments related to synthetic fibers from all over the world. This year was the 62nd time the congress was held, and more than 450 people attended.
Mori gave a presentation titled "How VORTEX, air jet spinning, may contribute to sustainability in the industry”. He explained how the demand for VORTEX spinning machines is increasing due to changes in market conditions after Corona and the resulting diversification of needs in the spinning industry, as well as the expansion of yarn materials spun by VORTEX, and introduced the possibility of VORTEX to contribute to sustainability.
During the Q&A session after the presentation, we had a lively exchange of ideas, and there was much interest in the potential for air-jet spinning and VORTEX yarns to become more widely used.

9月13～１5日にオーストリアのドルンビルンで開催された第62回ドルンビルン国際繊維会議で、当社のVORTEX精紡機プロダクトマネージャー・森昭二が講演を行いました。
同会議は毎年オーストリア・ドルンビルンで開催され、世界各国から寄せられる化合繊に関する新しい技術、製品開発の発表が行われる歴史ある会議。今年は62回目の開催となり、450名以上が参加しました。
今回の森の講演テーマは「How VORTEX, air jet spinning, may contribute to sustainability in the industry」。コロナ後の市況の変化や、それを受けた紡績業界におけるニーズの多様化によりVORTEX精紡機の需要が高まっていること、また、VORTEXで扱う糸種が拡大していることなどについて説明したほか、VORTEXがサステナビリティに貢献できる可能性を紹介しました。
講演後の質疑応答の場でも活発な意見交換が行われ、エアジェット紡績とVORTEX糸がさらに普及する可能性へ高い関心が寄せられました。

We exhibited at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, a textile exhibition for apparel held in Shanghai, China, from August 28 to 30.
This was our second exhibition this year, following the Spring/Summer exhibition held in March.
Compared to the previous one, the number of visitors from outside of China increased, and we were able to interact with many visitors from the first day.
In our booth, we received a lot of interest in the development of new markets for VORTEX yarns made of various materials, such as polyester/cotton blends, in addition to the viscose-based VORTEX yarns that have been well-received for a long time.
We will continue our efforts to further improve the quality of VORTEX yarns to support our customers' market development.

3月に開催された春夏展に続き今年2度目の出展です。
春夏展に比べて本展では中国外からのビジターも増え、初日から多くの来場者と交流を持つことができました。
当社ブースでは、従来より好評いただいているビスコース系のVORTEX糸だけでなく、ポリエステルと綿の混紡糸などさまざまな素材のVORTEX糸による新たな市場開拓への関心がうかがえました。

Muratec will participate in ITMA 2023 to be held on June 8 to 14 in Milan, Italy.

From April 5 to 8, we participated in the Vietnam Saigon Textile & Garment Industry Expo ( 2023) held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for the first time in four years.
SaigonTex is the largest textile industry exhibition in Vietnam and was attended not only by domestic Vietnamese companies but also by many foreign companies that are expanding into Vietnam.

At our agent's booth, we demonstrated and exhibited our automatic winder "PROCESS CONER II QPRO EX" and spinning machine "VORTEX 870 EX".
Muratec Smart Support (MSS), an IoT system that supports customers' factory operation management, also attracted much attention from visitors, indicating their interest in promoting IoT in factories.
We will continue to provide products and services that will further delight our customers.

4月5日～8日、ベトナム・ホーチミンで開催された「Vietnam Saigon Textile & Garment Industry Expo ( 2023)」に4年ぶりに参加しました。
「SaigonTex」は、ベトナム最大規模の繊維産業展示会で、ベトナム国内の企業だけでなく、同国へ進出する外資系企業も多く来場されました。

当社は代理店様ブース内で、自動ワインダー「PROCESS CONER II QPRO EX」と 精紡機「VORTEX 870 EX」を実演展示しました。また、お客さまの工場運営管理をサポートするIoTシステム「Muratec Smart Support（MSS）」も来場者からの注目を集め、工場のIoT化への関心がうかがえました。
今後もさらにお客様に喜ばれる製品とサービスを提供していきます。
