NEW PRODUCT for applications with 4" Ho**er, Dougs, OBX sidepipes. New 3" core sidepipe insert that is part chambered, & part resonator core. Great flow for over 500 HP setups, WITH the added noise control of the louvered core wrapped with glass mat for absorbing decibels. They are 3" flowpath all the way through - they do not neck-down. These new inserts are $175.00 each.

Working all weekend to keep up with muffler orders. A table with 3 pair of Corvette sidepipe mufflers (VettePacks & 40" Chambered Powersticks). VettePack Inserts & Louver Core Inserts in the background. Building everything this weekend like usual. Ran out of shielding gas before all the inserts were completed.

Just got this from a customer today: Holy Sh*t….all I can say…You met me at Bakers last summer and sold me the 26” blanks…finally got it done…289, Trick Flow heads, 10.8:1, custom cam, Edelbrock RPM Manifold, Holley 600, Dougs Headers
My friend Terry built the exhaust in his garage. I ordered up some tubing and turndowns and he fabbed it up, dumped em at the rear axle, turndowns at a slight outward angle..
The car sounds amazing… not like every other tin can sounding SBF running Flowmasters. The Powerstick’s fit so well under there..beyond stoked..taking it to its first cruise night tomorrow…
Why more people aren’t using these is beyond me…by far the best sounding exhaust I’ve ever had in a car!
I will spread the word when asked!

GREAT video from a recent customer showing how our 3" louver core insert installs into 4" C-3 Corvette sidepipes. Works with any of the popular 4" sidepipe kits: Ho**er, OBX, Dougs, etc. These 3" louver core inserts are recommended for anything over 500 HP where you want maximum flow! They are a lot quieter than straight pipes, & sound a lot more "tuned" - they just sound better!

Here's the new "RAM KIT." It uses the OE 2.25" tailpipes - just cut-to-fit & weld everything else. No pipe bending required at all. Make your own rod hangers & weld them on.

2014 Charger Hemi with chambered Powersticks installed - all factory mufflers & resonators deleted. You can only get work like this done at a GOOD muffler shop like B&M that understands the "lost art" of custom pipe bending & custom exhaust. You'll never get custom exhaust work like this from modern-day "parts changers" like many shops are becoming! B&M made new tailpipes for this car by bending straight tubing.
