I love cooking turkey for Thanksgiving -- but not this year. I'm taking this Thanksgiving off, not cooking a single thing. Instead, I'm outsourcing all of the work to two of my favorite restaurants, The Gumbo Bros and Liberty Street Bistro. Why? I've done too much cooking in 2020, we're not eating with people outside our home and, most importantly, restaurants need our help right now.

If it's not too late, I encourage you to find a restaurant (or restaurants -- you can mix-and-match like I'm doing) you love and order some things for this holiday. Share your ideas in the comments below and tag your favorites!
