The reunion was an emotional one. Seeing everyone all grown up and healthy was such a blessing. We love our family❤️

We had educational and motivational sessions during our week away. This particular session was about identity and confidence, we spoke with the girls about what identity means to them and how they view themselves. As they shared we saw just how confident they really are, one girl even said she is a ”boss lady”.

After our talk we had a confidence building activity, where each girl got to draw a self portrait and write down positive words that describe who they are and who they want to be. Here are a few highlights of the session, we are so proud of our girls for being confident! Siamanda Chege

Recently the girls had a school break and we were blessed to get them all together and have a little getaway in the hills. For a week we enjoyed each others company, rested, learnt new things and bonded. Such times like these are why Chege Village was founded… stay tuned as we share the highlights of our time together.
