I am a little late but here are some gorgeous gift tags for you to print out and use ..I use spray glue and glue the whole sheet on to a sheet of stiff card ..then cut them out

I just got this lovely 10" carrot cake out of the oven
I have made this carrot cake several times before and it has to be
THE BEST CARROT CAKE EVER !!
Really easy to make and you can freeze it for whenever you want it for ..just ice it once it has defrosted to room temperature ..hope you have a go
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups shredded carrots
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
FROSTING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-3/4 cups confectioners' (icing) sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, beat the sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended. Stir in the carrots, pineapple, raisins and walnuts.
Transfer to a greased 10-in. round or fluted pan.
Bake at 350° for 90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
For frosting, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth. Frost cake. Store in the refrigerator or freeze before icing leave to defrost to room temperature before icing

Here is my Birtha Jug/Pitcher .....I am very happy with it ..just love how it turned out ...so perfect and blue ...it is the greatest achievement I have made so far ...totally hand built and took just over 7 hours of constant working the clay with my hands to get this shape ..I had just 15 mins break for lunch ...I learnt so much by doing this ...it's large at 12" high ...I am so happy how the glazes worked out ..I can't sell this as I would want at least $200 for it and it's my baby so I am keeping it for myself to love and treasure ....Happy Days to you all XX
