Opossum Rhapsody. The North American opossum is so unique and amazing - marsupials, 50 teeth (more than any other NA mammal), just one can eat upward of 5,000 ticks in a season, prehensile tails, and their body temperature is so low they don’t carry or transmit rabies.

I have some 8 x 8” originals up for sale. These are some snaps taken outside in between rain showers 😂. All are mixed media original acrylic paintings with some collaged archival paper. Each piece comes ready to hang. The canvas lip isn’t *quite* thick enough to stand up without leaning against something 🙂

Each painting is $160 including shipping anywhere in the US (outside the US? I’m happy to check on shipping to you). I can accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle 😻.

Hey friends - happy Sunday!

I’ve been in paint mode with my head down for a hot minute but have a few cute mini paintings up for sale ❤️. All are original acrylic on gesso board paintings on a handmade frame of heavy cardstock painted with gesso and acrylic for stability. They can stand up on their own or you can hang simply because the frame is so lightweight but sturdy.

I need to varnish them and do some touch ups of the frame before shipping. I’ll sign the back unless you’d prefer not.

The larger sizes are all approximately 3” x 3” and $40 for one including shipping, or if you’d like > 1 they’re $35 each including shipping.
The small works are approx. 2” x 2” and are $20 for one, or $18 each for both including shipping.

I've been taking digital pics and uploading all the (passable) works and here's all I know.. you can do A LOT of stuff in a few years.

This week is laid out to make sure all the prints of original works will be good quality on archival paper. While i'm getting all the proofs back, I thought we could have some fun with ideas.

Like any startup enterprise, the initial costs are a bit daunting. To help offset that I've got some incentive for anyone who'd like to make a deposit for future work.

I'll be offering:
Digital downloads - you're emailed a file of images and you have them printed off at the company of your choosing (or your home. $15 for any of my work. On occasions I'm guessing quality will be an issue for certain sizes.

Prints - professionally printed copies on archival, acid-free, heavy weight paper. Translation: the prints will look great and last for longer than a lifetime (estimates 300 years for high quality paper)
I'm estimating print costs but the averages are:
Small Print (8x10") $30
Large Print (11x17") $45

Original Works:
I primarily paint with acrylics on canvas. Any work you see already created is an original. You'd be mailed the original work on canvas, signed by me. $85+ depending on size

Commissioned work: you send me some pictures of your companion and I paint them. I'm not super experienced doing other people's pets and this might be a bit of a slow process until I get my bearings. Until I have a little portfolio, i'll make any deposit refundable if you aren't satisfied. $125+
