If you’re curious why I have been in severe pain and bed-ridden for years . . . The crash came from my Thyroid Stimulator Hormone TSH getting to a 0 when normal is closer to 100. After having my thyroid removed due to cancer, I was prescribed medication. KP and specifically, Dr. Cathcart and Dr. Schimpf are responsible for not monitoring and communicating witth me to adjust medication. Dr. Cathcart is now at another local office. OMG! My TSH is low again. My hair is falling out and I can barely move at times. I talked with Dr. Schimpf and let her know that if it is a KP system issue, then join with me against KP. Otherwise I’m going after the truth and her license. I had reached out to her over and over for years and she never responded as I lie in bed suffering wondering what I did to deserve this from Maria Schimpf.

What an amazing day! Something happened over the weekend that left me shaking and terrified inside. (Not able to talk about it at this time.) I'm better now, but the authenic me is somewhere under protective armour. This morning I went to our little cafe here and had some coffee and did some work on my computer. I was feeling alone, unsupported and scared. I pulled up the song on Youtube Brad Keeler wrote about me and my illness and listened and cried. Then I listened again and took off to donate items to a shop. In my wanderings I found Value Village, then walked to the Grocery Outlet store all in Spokane Valley (new to me). All of the sudden strolling down the aisle is Brad Keeler! I waited for him to see me. I am in bed in pain and fatigue most of the time so he didn't expect me. What a delight to see him! I felt validated by him and by the Divine. This is a beautiful song and could have been written for many of us!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! I feel like a child inside and have no concept of how to be 68! So here is an update. I moved from my home in Peaceful Valley to a retirement center that is 17 miles east along the river. I realize I am a generation or so younger than most, but I am really happy here.

I was 61 when I started spending more and more time in bed with MECFS formerly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. MECFS is also what Long Covid is called by the doctors who are on the cutting edge. Please look this up as I am not good at getting back to FB.

In 2022 I intuitively got that 2024 was going to be great! I sensed a lot of shifting and movement. For awhile now I have been aware that the systems are coming down and I was delighted. The systems that I am most excited to see lose it's skin and become renewed is the health care system. Kudos to Mark Cuban and his generous gift of himself to this cause - helping people with health care needs.

I also received an image of myself in a group of women and sharing and healing. I saw that my particular vibration was needed there and I needed them. It's been over a couple months now and I am getting organized.

I lost almost all my memories and they are coming back slowly. The hardest was knowing who I am. I still work on my public image (in my mind) as inside I am a bag of jelly beans.

Having said that, my office is set up in my new home and I have a view of the river. I am seeing clients through zoom at this time. I live part time (rest the rest) due to MECFS and am delighted when I connect with others.

Jan 31st, 2019. UK Americana Conference, London. I was nominated, and won, best international artist of the year. Later that night, backstage, Jaimee and I won best photo op! What a wonderful experience it was to talk at length with the great Sir Patrick Stewart!

While I have been homebound I have had incredible experiences! One of the last was a few days ago when I just happened ? to watch this video and then one about Edgar Cayce. Both videos activated something within me, in addition to my remembering and knowing.

I found this passage from my book Live Intuitively: Journal the Wisdom of your Soul. This is my story of going to the Grand Canyon!

I activated the DNA of a woman in Belfast yesterday. We talked about journaling, and I suggested my Live Intuitively book. She sent me an email afterwards saying that she had already bought in the book and found it on her shelf. I’m excited to journal with her! Time to buy a spring journal!

No Girl Scout cookies for me. They are now using palm oil which is not sustainably sourced and children as young as six years old are made to work in the fields. This is a great teaching moment!
