Hello all! We have news: as of today, we are restructuring our business. Our trailer is now up for sale, and we will no longer be doing public setups. However, we will still be doing table setups that are available to be booked for private events. Thank you all for an amazing time in the food truck business, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds!

We have some exciting news! Beginning next Tuesday, June 25th, The Gypsy Bean will be open EVERY Tuesday morning from 8:30 to 12:30 and EVERY Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00. We will be located in the gravel lot next to the Rebel Smokehouse. Also, we will be offering in-town delivery for a small fee! As always, we hope to see you there!

The Gypsy Bean will be setup today inside the Mullens Legion, following the Christmas Parade, we will start serving at 4:30! Come by and get a delicious Christmas Drink

We are proud to announce the launch of our 2023 Christmas Menu on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18th at the grand reopening of Dellawear in Mullens!! Featuring signature drinks:

So come on down to the Mullens Little League Field and enjoy a specialty drink and watch some baseball! We will also be serving 2 new flavors in addition to the new menu, which are Rocky Road, and Maple Donut.

The Gypsy Bean will be setup tomorrow in Pineville in the parking lot behind the old BOE building which is now the Pineville Library, at noon until whenever! Come out and get a delicious specialty coffee, one of our signature coolers or a snow cone!
