I do not have a formal menu for this weekend at the Farmer's Market today - we have alot happening at the shop right now, so we are just going to bake on Friday and Saturday morning for you. If you have a special request, chime in here - if we can do it, we will get it to you! We will have zucchini bread and chocolate zucchini bread, spiced pear ginger bread, honey wheat bread, bacon cheddar, 3 cheese bread and assorted quichelets. I am planning on savory scones and cookies....

Spanish olive oil cake finished with a fruity artisanal olive oil and flaked sea salt. A perfectly light sweet bite in the afternoon!

I think perfecting my French croissant is on the schedule for this week... and maybe some danish? And possibly a roasted garlic rosemary bread/focaccia (haven't decided on that just yet)

Welcome to Crumbwerks Bakery, an Ansonia Soup Company cobrand. While the Soup company rose from the ashes of a personal recovery... this is born out of sheer deep from the gut passion. I started my culinary journey in my early teens, baking and focusing on European baked goods. Here, a few decades later, I can't wait to bring my inner baker and pastry chef to you!
