Have interest rates kept you on the fence about buying or selling? While they may not go back to the record lows we saw a few years ago, there are predictions that the Fed will cut % rates 3-4X in 2024, bringing them below 6%.
This is great news for giving someone more buying power as it affects your monthly mortgage, but with inventory still low, working with an experienced REALTOR who will advocate for you, is important.

🚤 While boating, be aware of surfacing sea turtles and other marine life that may be in the area
👣 Leave Only Footprints: remove all personal belongings, furniture, and trash from the beach each day
🔦 White lights from flashlights & cell phones can scare off nesting turtles and disorient hatchlings
⚠️ Holes on the beach are hazardous for people and wildlife. Fill in holes and flatten sandcastles at the end of your beach day
💚 Have a fun, safe and healthy weekend everyone!

Found this page with ideas for upcycling old stuff. I am working on an old Farmhouse and the porch railing spindles are too pretty to toss, unfortunately some are too rotted to save. New porch will be much safer, but figure I will hang onto some of the 100+ year old elements for some project.
