Kar-Ben Publishing publishes over twenty new titles of Jewish content each year, including many award-winning children's titles on such subjects as Jewish holidays, crafts, folktales, and contemporary stories and picture books.
50 years ago, these two Jewish moms created a haggadah for their little kids. That project grew into Kar-Ben Publishing. You never know where a spark of inspiration can take you!

We are heartbroken to hear of the recent passing of one of our beloved Kar-Ben authors and illustrators, Amalia Hoffman. Amalia was an avid storyteller, author, and illustrator of children's books, which include her Kar-Ben titles: "Hanukkah Nights," "Dreidel Day," and most recently, "Afikotective" in 2024.
