Why we advice to quit MUTUAL FUNDS, *A few days back Pharma and FMCG were darlings.Stocks like Cipla,Sun Pharmaceuticals,Lupin etc and DABUR, HUL,Marico were flying.Banks and Metals were DUMPED*. NOW,the reverse has happened. The net effect will not be so eencouraging.Thus acting according to trend and moving accordingly will give more returns and at the same time rotate the holdings.

The recent crisis of Franklin India Mutual funds is indeed an eye opener for many of us as most of us feel that investing in Mutual Funds is a safer option. To my knowledge Franklin Templeton was one of the best performing MFs and it has come as a rude shock for me to hear this unpalatabe news.
Next important thing is that ONCE THE NAME OF AN INSTITUTION IS DAMAGED,THEN PANIC WILL SPREAD IN THE MINDS OF INVESTORS WHO HAVE PUT THEIR MONEY IN OTHER HEALTHY SCHEMES.
Now, if one see the portfolio allotment of other schemes of Franklin Templeton, most of their investments is done in ICICI Bank and State Bank of India.
Thus if the redemption pressure increases, the re are high chances that the stock prices of these banks may come down heavily since they have to liquidate their position.
Stock traders be careful in buying these stocks !!

Reverse Trade !!!
Reverse trade happens and one cannot say that long calls and short calls will exactly behave in the manner what we have predicted. We suggest only stocks which move wildly and that is the reason why I have started to give targets on both directions.Today,TVS motor was given a long call but it perfectly behaved in the opposite side. It could not sustain 460 levels and so dropped to 454 and to 446 levels as predicted.Similarly Cummins India also was not strong enough to cut 568 and traded in the opposite manner by touching a low of 550 levels.
