Daniella Augusto is in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Methodist University. She is completing her second clinical rotation with us. She found her passion for physical therapy while shadowing at a physical therapy clinic in Fayetteville, NC. Dani enjoys weight lifting and cooking in her free time. Say hello if you see her in clinic! Kellie is her clinical instructor for this rotation.

Sooooo excited to announce that in addition to the Gents, we will welcome Mary Kent Hearon, creator of the gorgeous heart knot jewelry which are more than symbols of love. They are symbols of strength, courage and hope. Healing hearts is something near and dear to me, especially during February as National heart awareness month. Pilates & Pamper
Fri, March 4th at 5:15pm

Join us for our favorite event that we are created together with , as a way for women to feel refreshed, motivated, and, of course, pampered.

Pilates & Pamper is designed for women who are looking for a little “me time”. We’ll begin with a Pilates workout that focuses on a deep core activation and muscle release, followed up with an express facial by Siul with an addition of double cleanse and antipollution mask. She will explain benefits of double cleansing, masking, and moisturizing. The tea bar with healthy snacks will be provided to enjoy.

The cost of the event is 65.00 which includes Pilates class, Express Facial, double cleanse, antipollution mask, and a goodie bag.
