Today is Republican Primary Day. Today we will vote to nominate the Republican candidate to be my successor in the United States Congress. Polls are open until 9:00 PM.

I have endorsed and strongly urge you to vote for Andrew Garbarino, a lifelong Republican. Andrew is a respected Assemblyman who will fight hard in Congress for the values we share.

He will support the Police which is why he has been endorsed by law enforcement organizations. He will fight for hardworking, middle income families which is why the Conservative Party has endorsed him. He will fight hard for local businesses which is why the United States Chamber of Commerce has endorsed him.

That’s why I ask you to vote for Andrew Garbarino. You will never regret it!!

Thank you!!

COVID-19 UPDATE: The total cases of coronavirus in Nassau County currently stands at 48, with 4 of those being in the Town of Oyster Bay. All levels of government are partnering to aggressively respond and defeat this public health threat. Here in the Town, we have intensified cleaning procedures at our facilities, paused all senior citizen activities at community centers and cancelled many events through the end of the month (full list at www.OysterBayTown.com). During these difficult times, it's up to each and every one of us to be proactive and stop the possible spread of COVID-19. If you are feeling sick, stay home. Avoid social gatherings. Practice social distancing in public. If you are elderly or a caretaker, please take all precautions necessary and contact your health provider to have extra medications on hand should you need to stay home for a prolonged period of time. Stay up to date at www.OysterBayTown.com for available updates.

Had enough? Vote Republican.

Your safety depends on it.

Who else thinks Senator Todd Kaminsky and the should worry more about fixing criminal justice "reform" they shoved down our throats?

Let us not forget, New York City socialist Democrats praised Kaminsky from the Senate chamber, instrumental in drafting legislation that has increased violent crimes, put you in danger and left law enforcement and prosecutors to pick up the pieces.

I joined Supervisor Joseph Saladino and my colleagues on the Town Board in honoring Bob Scamell, a legendary coach in the Oyster Bay-East Norwich School District who has been coaching in the school district for five decades! During his 50 year career, Coach Scammell has coached basketball, football, golf and gymnastics, and won championships in all of these programs. Across his 50 year career, Coach Scammell has made a difference in the lives of over 2,000 athletes, and the impact his guidance and wisdom has had on them cannot be overstated and will be felt in our community for years to come.

With a like this, does anyone really believe that Senator Kevin Thomas has the ability to work with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle in best interest of those he serves?
