Hallo Welt!
Musik ist etwas sehr schönes.
Sie begleitet mich in meinem Leben schon sehr sehr lange.
In letzter Zeit hab ich mich intensiv mit elektronischer Musik auseinandergesetzt und darin wohl ein gutes Ventil für meine kreativen Ausdünstungen gefunden.
Nach ewig-langem Herum-Grübeln und nächtelangen Bastelaktionen hab ich Morgen endlich meinen ersten Release mit meinem Soloprojekt “illian”.
Die Vorfreude meinerseits ist riesig und ich bin auch schon gespannt wie ein Gummiringerl wie diese Reise weitergeht!
Eins kann ich versprechen - es ist viel geplant und die Motivation ist groß. An dieser Stelle auch ein kurzes, aber herzliches Danke an alle lieben Lebewesen, die mich auf diesem Weg begleiten, inspirieren und das Leben einfach noch schöner machen!!!
Ich will gar nicht zu viel vorwegnehmen, am besten morgen einfach reinhören und selbst ein Bild machen.

▶ I wrote Fly to encourage a sense of freedom in listeners. When I created Fly I was in the midst of somewhat of a writers block and life funk, we had just released The Shaded In Remix for filous & 165,000 plays on Spotify was (Is) a big deal for me. There was a part of me that rebelled against my day job roasting coffee. Thoughts like "I'm too good for this" etc plagued my mind. Then I had a realization, I thought "I'm not too good for this, whatever I do I just need to let it Fly". When I say Fly I mean make something beautiful and then let it go out into the world and hope that it can add something positive to other peoples lives. I have let go of the "Better than" thoughts and instead dedicated myself to making the best music I can while adding positive things to the lives of others through music.

After the instrumental portion of Fly was done the manager for this project and my friend Elias suggested that we look into featuring a vocalist on this track. I admit that at first I was somewhat hesitant about a vocal feature but after hearing Nathans (Jonathan Reiners) interpretation and unique style on Fly I was sold. Nathan is a wonderful artist and person to work with. He has a great ear and taste of style. I consider him a new friend.

All in all, I hope that Fly Feat. Nathan & Good Life Music together can bring some awesome vibes to people all around the world.
