Patient was referred for a failed implant, mobility and deep PD were present at consult day. Implant removed with GBR.

39 yo male presented w/ cc”I hate my baby teeth” retained . Both of these primary teeth were ankylosed and if I was to remove them, I will end up with loss of buccal plate.

PET completed w/ .us implants placed, the gap was grafted using FDBA, Mem-lok pliable membrane from .
