Had a beautiful day with my daughter Isla yesterday 😍

We were discussing how different people can be ....

There are two types of people:

Ones that push for what they want to do...🔥and ones that wallow in what they should be doing… 🙈

Which one are you?

Do you find yourself going around in circles in your brain, listing out everything you SHOULD be doing…

*I should work out more 🏃‍♀️

*I should be feeding my kids healthier food 🥬

When we allow ourselves to ride this carousel of lack, it takes up SO much brain space that we need for other things. 🎠

We get so caught up in other people’s expectations of us that we forget to dig deep and think about what WE WANT.

👉🏻I started automating/delegating and deleting things from my life⠀
👉🏻I changed the way I scheduled and organised my life⠀
👉🏻I gave myself an area in the house ( living room ) that I wasn’t allowed my phone .
This was family room

Now.... fast forward a few months 👏

I feel more connected than ever with my family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
More connected to my purpose 🏆
More aligned in my life 😍

A close friend of mine Jenny has been through a year of hell 😭

Her little boy Harry who is only 5 was diagnosed with cancer, it was a brain tumour and tumours on his spine 😭 at beginning of year.

Massive operation and 5 doses of chemotherapy and it now brings us to today.

Today Harry gets an mri scan to see if the treatment has been successful.

Please pray for him
