🐯 Our crew of small people love our fruity Merry Tiger tea, brimming with pear, mango & raspberry 🍐🥭 During the cooler months we enjoy it warm and when the weather gets milder we make a jug of iced tea.

🌲Hands up if you have your tree?! We haven’t got ours quite yet but we’re planning to get one this weekend and start the decorating. Not sure the scene will be quite as chilled & calm as this though 🙈

RETURN TO ROUTINE 📝 After the initial chaos of a new school year and remembering how to get everyone up & out of the house before 8am, we love the return to routine. And perhaps the birth of some new routines also.

Nothing beats writing those lists & making plans with a good cup of tea by your side. This afternoon it’s a cup of our very own, and pretty unbeatable, Earl Grey.

This school year we’re hoping to be more organised, more patient and more fun… hmmm… let’s see how we go!

Small & Wild in Japan 🇯🇵

So exciting to look back at photos of Small & Wild’s debut in Japan earlier this year at the World Tea Festival at the amazing Hankyu Department store in Umeda, Osaka.

From today, the range will be available at the UK Fair at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi in Tokyo.

Our lovely big pyramids are made from plant-based Soilon, which is produced from a fully biodegradable cornstarch. This material fuses together with heat so there is no need for plastic glue. When we use strings & tags, these are plastic free also and printed with vegetable inks ♻️

😢 Sadly there are still many plastic tea bags out there on the shelves. Did you know that one plastic tea bag can release nearly 12 million micro plastics and 3 billion nano plastics into your cup of tea?

🌱 PLASTIC FREE JULY 🌱 This month is and we’ll be marking it with some content over the next few weeks highlighting what we can all do to help reduce the use of single use plastic, some facts and figures associated with plastic pollution, and of course the importance of sustainability to us here at the Small & Wild HQ. 🌿 Like so many small businesses out there, our costs have continued to rise - from the ingredients and products themselves, through to postage and packaging. Whilst we have resisted up until now, it has come to the stage that we need to reflect this in our prices.

During February, the costs of some of our products will be increasing. We have tried to keep these increases as minimal as possible, as we know so many people are feeling the squeeze right now.

Please be reassured that we will continue to address prices and our lovely followers and subscribers will be the first to know about any changes.
