Sandwiches are cheap and very tasty

These are very tasty sandwiches. They are always swept away first of all from the table.
And what a snack to beer!

Ingredients:
long loaf
-garlic
-bulb
-mayonnaise
oil for frying onions
-green, salt

Cooking:

Raffaello - a lot, fast and cheap

To prepare 70 pieces you will need:
-condensed milk - 1 can
cream butter - 1 pack (200 g)
vanilla sugar (brandy possible) - to taste
coconut flakes - 200 g
Almonds - 1 cup

Cooking:
Soften the butter at room temperature with a fork.
Mix the butter with condensed milk, add vanillin (or cognac) and half (100 g) of coconut flakes.
Beat the mass thoroughly until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Remove the cream in the refrigerator for a day. After a day, get the thickened cream and begin to form sweets.
To do this, you need to take the cream with a teaspoon, remove from the spoon with a knife with a rounded end, roll the balls from the cream, into which to place the almond nuts.
Roll the finished sweets in the remaining coconut flakes (100 g) and put on a dish or put in a beautiful box. Put in the refrigerator.
Candies should be served chilled, because at room temperature they can thaw (but will not be in time, as they will instantly disappear!

Garlic croutons with sprats and egg.

This incredibly simple recipe I associate with feasts from distant childhood. The smell of garlic toasts, along with sprats, is incomparable. This appetizer, despite its simplicity, will always be out of place on your table!

Ingredients:
Bread 4 slices.
2 pcs chicken egg (hard boiled)
Sprats 1 ban.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l
Cucumber 1 pc

Cooking method
Step 1.
We cut the bread in triangular slices with a thickness of not more than 8 mm, fry on both sides in olive oil.
Step 2
Hot fried croutons on both sides rub with garlic and grease with a small amount of sour cream.
Step 3
We clean the eggs and grate the yolk and protein separately on a fine grater. We spread the yolk on one half of the bread, and the protein on the other.
Step 4
We spread 1 or 2 sprats on top, if desired, you can lay out a cucumber cut into rings and decorate with greens.
Step 5
That's all, a simple but juicy and aromatic appetizer is ready. It can be served both warm and chilled.

Chocolate cake on yogurt "Fantasy"

Ingredients:

● Kefir or yogurt -300 g
● Sugar - 1 cup
● Eggs - 2 pcs.
● Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
● Cocoa - 2-3 tbsp. l
● Soda - 1 tsp
● Flour - 2 cups

For cream:
1- option - sour cream
● Sour cream - 400 g
● Sugar - 1 cup
● Butter -200 g

2- option - custard
● Eggs - 2 pcs.
● Sugar - 300 g
● Flour-2 tbsp. l (with a slide)
● Milk - 400 g
● Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
● Butter -200 g
● For sprinkling - cookies, or chocolate, or nuts

Cooking:
1. The test for this chocolate cake is very simple to prepare. In one bowl, lightly beat the eggs, vegetable oil and kefir, i.e., that which is liquid. In the other, everything is dry: flour, sugar, cocoa soda.
2. Pour beaten eggs into the dishes with the dry mixture, mix well. Pour into a greased mold, place in a preheated oven. Bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200-170 degrees.
Cut the chilled pie lengthwise into 3 parts, spread with cream, sprinkle with chocolate or nuts on top.
3. Ready cream for chocolate cake.
Sour cream: mix the softened butter with sour cream and sugar, beat.
Custard: Put boiling milk. At this time, beat eggs with sugar until white, then gradually beat in flour, continuing to beat. Pour this mixture in a thin stream into boiling milk, stirring vigorously. Reduce the heat, add vanilla, continuing to mix the cream well. Cool. Add softened butter. Stir well. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour. The cream is ready.

Air snickers

This is a very delicious cake, it just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
- 6 yolks beat with 1.5 cups of sugar
- 250 g soft margarine
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of soda, slaked with lemon juice
- vanilla
- 3 cups flour
Cooking:
Knead soft dough. Divide into 3 balls and half an hour in the refrigerator.
At this time, we prepare the protein mass:
Beat 6 proteins until a firm foam, gradually add 2 cups of sugar.
We take 1 part of our dough, hands distribute it on a baking sheet, apply 1/3 part of the protein mass, “pull” with a spoon and bake at a low temperature.
So do the rest of the test. It should turn out 3 cakes.
Cream: beat 200 g butter with a can of boiled condensed milk. We smear half the cream on the first cake, sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped nuts.

Very tasty salad😋

Ingredients:

Chinese cabbage - 100 g
Red tomatoes - 200 g
Canned corn - 300 g
Red beans in own juice - 300 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ketchup - 50 g
Mayonnaise - 50 g

Cooking:

1. Chinese salad thinly chop. Dice tomatoes. Add beans and corn, after draining juice from cans.
2. Add finely chopped garlic, ketchup and mayonnaise (preferably homemade). Salt to taste. Mix well and serve

Cheesecake from pita bread

For cheese lovers.

we have to:
lavash Armenian thin 1 pc.
kefir 2 cups
egg 1 pc.
greens (I had a little cilantro and dill)
hard cheese 500 gr.

Pita bread cut into 8 equal parts.
Beat the egg, add kefir, mix.
Finely chop the greens.
Grate the cheese.
Take a sheet of pita bread, moisten completely in kefir, squeeze a little and put it in a baking dish. Spread cheese, then greens evenly with a thin layer.
Next, repeat the procedure until lavash is over. The last layer will be cheese and greens.
Put in the oven and bake at 220 degrees until browning.
Allow to cool.
