Meatballs with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and a salad. That’s for lunch ❤️
A glimpse in what I eat on keto:
Eggs with cheese and bacon for breakfast, coffee, water.
Taco Bell steak protein bowl for lunch (no rice or beans), water, diet dew.
Taco meat, cheese, salsa for dinner, water.
Walked 1 mile and exercised, water.
Water is important!
Big Mac in a bowl!
Day 1- coffee (stevia and heavy whipping cream), pot roast with 4 tiny potatoes, and chicken enchilada salad (shredded chicken, lettuce, salsa, cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream).
Walked 1 mile and worked out!
Little steps each day will equal results.

Dinner- chicken tenders covered with cream of chicken soup. Added broccoli over it along with bacon. Cook for 1 hour on 400. When it is ready sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Small steps eventually equal to large goals. Walking is the best exercise.
Quick and easy dinner or lunch- place 2 cheese foils (overlapping a little) on parchment paper. Add anything bagel seasoning and bake at 350 until lightly brown. Add sandwich meat of your choice, pepperoni, cheese, bacon, and anything else (I added jalapeños to mine) on top of cheese wrap. Place back in oven until cheese on top is melted. Roll up and place back i. The oven on broil until the wrap is lightly brown (after rolled up). Enjoy!

It helps to make a menu of what you plan on eating each week, especially if you don’t like to meal plan. I don’t like eating the same thing everyday, so meal planning doesn’t work for me. I will post a menu I made tonight.
Keto flu may hit between day 2-4. Drink water with electrolytes in it. I added propel water packets and it helped. It will go away and you will start to feel better. It is just your body detoxing.
