Anyone can make good cocktails at home.
Delicious and refreshing!
I don’t complain when I get a cold, I make a badass cold killing cocktail. Say hello to Night Nurse’s sexy lap-dancing sister. Vodka, creme de menthe, limoncello, angostura bitters and juice of half a lime.
Time for a hot choctail!
Experimenting with passion fruit liquor.
Latte martini. Vodka, kalhua, sugar syrup, milk and fresh espresso. Proportions when I do a formal shot.

Frozen Kiwi Daiquiri.
50ml White rum. Juice of half a lime. 1 teaspoon sugar syrop, 2 peeled and chopped kiwi fruit into a blender. Blend for 10 secs. Strain into a margarita glass. Decorate with kiwi slice
Just putting a face to the mixing.
Two-tone blue Raspberry Schnapps and Violet. Wanted a 'veins in ice' effect. Wasn't happy with blended ice so tried the old 'put some in a bag and hit it with a rolling pin' technique instead.
Got an idea. Let's see how it plays out.
New gear has arrived. Pourers, Boston shakers, a prep mat, ice bucket and practice flair bottle. 😎🍸
Some new kit on its way. : D
Practicing Rum cocktails last night. Have learnt three things. 1 Ignore Pina Colada recipes with dark rum. 2 Daquiris are nice. 3. Frozen Strawberry Daquiris are even nicer.

Winter Warmer.
As the dark evenings and the snuffles roll in, some honey and lemon might just be the thing. Here's our version:
Put two teaspoons of clear honey in a cocktail shaker.
Add a little boiling water (as little as you can get away with) and stir well until dissolved.
Add 35ml Gin,
Add 15ml Manderin Napoleon,
Add 15ml Limoncello,
Add the juice of half a lemon.
Stir well.
Add 6-8 ice cubes, then put the lid on and shake vigorously until it's as cool is it will get.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with a floating slice of lemon.
Sit by a warm fire with your favourite slippers on and enjoy.
Long Island Iced Tea: but with equal parts Vodka, Gin, Tequila and Rum, which album should I put the recipe in? At least I've got a drink handy while I mull it over ; )

Ending the night with a mini White Russian.
An experiment today. Malibu mixed with fresh lime juice over crushed ice, then chocolate liqueur added which sinks to the bottom. A prototype 'bounty' cocktail: it was nice but needs some work.
