I had no idea this is how IUDs are done lol. Switching to continuous HRT from cyclical for the first time in 25 years! Hoping this will eliminate the bleeding issues I’ve been having for the last two years🤞🏼🦋

Finding your voice while in the trenches of infertility can look different for everyone.
For some it could look like advocating for yourself with doctors and lawmakers, for others it could be making sure that your mental health is well taken care of, however that may be.
And for some of you in this community, it could look like sharing your diagnosis and taking us along on your journey with the hope of connecting with those in similar situations and letting others know they aren’t alone.
Whichever one you choose, we hope you know you are so supported and loved this week and every week that follows.

Trigger Edition
〰️You don't have the energy to hold emotional space for other's joy.
〰️You don't have the energy to be physically around people and want to ‘flee’ and be alone.
〰️You don't have the energy to be vulnerable with people not in your inner circle of support.
〰️You don't have the energy to engage in small talk and mundane conversation. (Fake smile)
〰️You don't have the energy to look past surviving this moment.
〰️You don't have the energy to deal with people & scenarios that don't feel safe.
Hold those boundaries tight and do whatever you need to, to feel safe and allow your body to rebalance and find calm. You deserve it.
